DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch your order quickly as we know that restaurants are busy. If you have particular requirements, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help. We will use a courier (with full tracking) or a pallet/s, depending on the amount that you order. 

Delivery prices are as follows. Please order by 12pm working day.

• Standard delivery is £15 (3 -5 working days delivery)
• Express delivery is £25 (1 - 2 working days delivery)

Please note that the minimum order is £500 as this is a trade website. 

Please make sure that the delivery address is full and leave any notes if we need to deliver to a particular gate or entrance. 

We only deliver to the United Kingdom including Highlands and Islands (although these will probably be on a two day delivery). 

If, for some reason there are damages to the packaging, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of any damage.
